Our client creates beautiful polished concrete floors and required a van body to carry all required and to also house a generator to power tools and plant equipment. Our body in this picture (under construction) shows how we achieved this with the vent to the front so the genset can remain inside when in use to cut down on noise and issues of injury when having to slide in and out. Doors are heavy duty again for noise and security. reasons
The ear bus is now completed including this great design from the children of Tom Price Primary school. The clinic will me working out of the Pilbara assisting those in the areas that lack medical facilities due to location. This mobile clinic is one of 5 that OMB have built over the last 24 months ranging from this hearing bus clinic to mobile doctors surgeries. OMB have been asked to produce another mobile medical clinic, this time to assist with earing problems. OMB have become the go to people for this type of build and are pleased to be building a second ear bus. This is a OMB locally built product for our client Daimler Trucks Perth. This picture shows the front of the body with the aperture ready for the chiller unit to be fitted. This medical clinic built by OMB several years ago is back for a examination to have mods to electrics and light changes. Once our electrician as checked everything and the guys have given it a clean bill of health then it will be back on the streets looking after the people of Western Australia.
This is an unusual one for us, a client brought in this body wanting to convert from solid walls to 50/50 wall and curtain. Our tech team did a drawing and then Bruce went to work on removing the old panel from one side. Anything is possible at OMB.
